Shipments and Returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier with tracking and drop-off.

However, orders received on Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays shall be dispatched within 48 hours from the next working day. 

Shipping fee includes handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Charges vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order to save on shipping fees. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Returning the merchandise

In the event that you are dissatisfied with the merchandise, you may return the merchandise within 30 days upon receipt.

In the event that you received a damaged item upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours to expedite the claim process.

  1. Provide in your message details of the Order No., return merchandise Item No., and details of your bank account for refunds to be made.
  2. Read our Returns Policy requirements below. Proceed only if you meet all the requirements.
  3. Pack the returning merchandise in a box with a copy of the Order/Invoice and send by registered post or courier service to:

4. We will process a refund to you within 7 days after receipt of the returned goods.

Returns policy

  • Returns must be made within 30 days after receipt. Your item cannot be returned after the 30 days period.
  • If you received a damaged item upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours to expedite the claim process. 
  • The returning merchandise must be in its original packing, undamaged and sealed condition.  We do not accept returns with packing that was opened or of which contents had been used.
  • We do not accept return for books, magazines and pay-downloadable contents.
  • Copy of the Order or Invoice as proof of purchase must be enclosed together with the returning goods.
  • We are not responsible for the return postage. The return postage will be borne by you.
